The evening was graced by the presence of acclaimed actor and film producer Mr. Anil Kapoor adding star power to the heartfelt event. The event radiated warmth and generosity, with moments that beautifully reflected the spirited energy of the guests.

The 10th edition of Jewellers for Hope (JFH), the flagship charity fundraiser organised by GJEPC, illuminated IIJS Premiere 2025 with compassion, commitment and celebration of social impact. The landmark edition brought together industry leaders, philanthropists and dignitaries to honour a decade of meaningful giving. The event paid tribute to the power of collective effort. Since its inception in 2014, Jewellers for Hope has contributed crores to 20 NGOs working across healthcare, education, women’s empowerment and social welfare.

Mr. Kirit Bhansali, Chairman, GJEPC, reflected on the philanthropic journey by saying “Jewellers for Hope is a shining example of how the gem & jewellery industry can come together to create change that resonates far beyond business.”

Then came the star moment and an emotional high point! The suave, sincere and ever charismatic Anil Kapoor took stage and brought out his timeless presence and subtle advocacy for social good. “True glamour is using your platform to uplift others,” said Kapoor.

Backed by Associate Partners – De Beers and World Gold Council; and powered by GIA and co-partner HRD Antwerp; the ‘Jewellers for Hope’ charity event once again garnered overwhelming support from Jewellers, Diamond Exporters, retailers, and global associations.  Since its inception in 2014, Jewellers for Hope has contributed crores of rupees to 14 NGOs, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives.

Of the total funds raised this year, Rs. 75 lakh will go towards supporting the RK HIV AIDS Research and CARE Centre, which has conducted over 33,000 medical camps reaching more than 5 crore people across India.  With mobile cardiac ambulances and extensive outreach in underserved regions, the NGO has earned global recognition for its massive humanitarian footprint including several world records for free medical services.

From next year, GJEPC will be renaming its flagship show as IIJS Bharat and in keeping with the nationalist sentiment, a portion of the raised funds will be donated to the Indian Army and a relevant meaningful project will soon be announced.

Mr. M. P. Ahammed, Chairman of Malabar Group, presented a heartfelt tribute as part of their legacy of ethical business and philanthropy. He celebrated through a unique “Dinner with Icon” auction with all proceedings benefitting a charity of his choice.
