Currently Ashwani is heading the kitchen bridge of Whisky Samba, Gurugram & Hyderabad as the Corporate chef, and has built a distinguished career rooted in Indian traditions and refined regional techniques. He has curated and executed over 40 food festivals and promotions both in India and internationally, bringing to life the rich heritage of Indian cuisine in a truly traditional style.
