Delivered well in advance before the completion of entire Ten X Habitat project, the clubhouse marks yet another significant milestone that followed the phase of the one handover of Ten X Habitat project, where three out of ten towers were completed in December 2022 and made available to residents 24 months ahead of the RERA timelines.

Some of the first of its kind amenities include a catering kitchen that serves as a community kitchen giving residents the flexibility to cook meals for their guests in a larger space. In a first of its kind move, customers who are yet to get possession of their flats can also avail the clubhouse facility.
