Davesh brings a diverse cross-functional background, having held prominent commercial positions across globally recognized hospitality brands like Marriott International,Accor Group and Hyatt Hotels. His portfolio features flagship properties like Andaz Delhi by Hyatt Hotel, Pullman and Novotel Aerocity. In his most recent role as Director of Sales at JW Marriott Pune, he refined sales strategies, implemented effective revenue initiatives, and consistently expanded the hotel’s market share.
In his new role at Conrad Pune, Davesh will be instrumental in accelerating growth initiatives, expanding the hotel’s market footprint, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.His leadership will also focus on deepening stakeholder engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize commercial outcomes, and nurturing a results-driven culture across teams. Davesh brings a future-focused perspective to Conrad Pune, positioning the property for sustained success in an increasingly dynamic hospitality landscape.
