Mumbai, November 30, 2025: The second edition of the CA-THON run, supported by the Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (BCAS) and organised by 4Memories Event LLP, concluded with great enthusiasm and participation on Sunday at Bandra, Mumbai.
Following the remarkable success of its inaugural edition, the event has now become an annual celebration of health, community spirit, and social impact.
This year’s edition witnessed an impressive participation of approximately 2,000 runners, including members of the CA fraternity, students, and fitness enthusiasts from the wider community. The event featured 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km categories. The initiative aims to encourage individuals to adopt physical activity as an essential part of a balanced and successful life, reiterating that active living is as critical to financial well-being as sound financial planning.
The event was also graced by BCAS President CA Zubin Billimoria, Past President & Chairman – Seminar, Membership & Public Relations (SMPR) Committee CA Uday Sathaye, Past President & Co-Chairman – SMPR Committee CA Chirag Doshi, along with a dedicated core team of committed leaders.
India’s largest and oldest voluntary professional body of Chartered Accountants, BCAS boasts a membership exceeding 11,500 across more than 250 cities and towns nationwide, with over half of its members residing outside Mumbai.

As part of its commitment to social responsibility, the BCAS Foundation distributed sewing machines to deserving underprivileged women. This initiative is designed to empower women to enhance their vocational skills, launch small businesses, and achieve financial independence in today’s competitive environment.
4Memories Event LLP, renowned for its expertise in crafting impactful sports events for all age groups, continues to innovate through dynamic strategies and strong brand collaborations. The planning and execution of this year’s CA-THON was led by Suraj Patro and Geeta Pawar, ensuring the event ran efficiently end-to-end. Suraj Patro is the Founder of 4Memories and Geeta Pawar serves as Associate Director – Sports.
The organizers extended heartfelt gratitude to the Mumbai Police, Traffic Police, and BMC for their support in ensuring a smooth and safe event. The event was further strengthened by the collaboration and support of esteemed partners including Bisleri, New India Assurance, VinFast Mumbai South, DSP Mutual Fund, Basiz Group, Doori, Yakult, Prolyte, SEACOD, Areo Physio, Criticare Asia, and Cornitos.
