Mumbai, July 11, 2025: After long-distance calls, schoolyard butterflies, and countless missed moments, Anuj and Ritu are finally in the same city. But living under one roof? That’s a different story. Amazon MX Player, Amazon’s streaming service, is all set to bring the third season of its most-loved young adult drama, Gutar Gu, Powered by Mamaearth. The streaming service today unveiled the captivating trailer of the new season, bringing back the relatable world of teenage romance, now challenged by adult realities. Produced by Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment and Achin Jain, the series returns with Ritu and Anuj navigating a fresh chapter in their relationship. Bringing back Ashlesha Thakur and Vishesh Bansal in their beloved roles, Gutur Gu Season 3 will stream exclusively on Amazon MX Player from 17 July, for free.
The trailer offers a glimpse into the couple’s evolving world, picking up right where the last chapter ended. Ritu lands an internship in Mumbai, excited to finally live with Anuj, only to discover that his mother is staying with him for a while. With nowhere else to go after finding herself homeless, she finally moves in. But in addition to fun, it comes with rules and tension. From sharing space under one roof with Anuj’s mom to drifting apart because of clashing schedules, this season explores what it means to stay connected when everything else feels like it’s pulling you away.
