Mumbai, 18th December 2024: —The third edition of the Yuvaa x Instagram All Stars Creators Roundtable spotlighted the rise of digital creators, offering an exciting platform for conversations about the ever-evolving content creation scene. In collaboration with Instagram, it celebrated the breakout stars of the year, delving into insights from “Instagram’s Year In Review”—a Meta-curated report showcasing the top trends and the content that captured hearts and double taps throughout 2024. Notably, this included the phenomenal success of Be A Man, Yaar!, a groundbreaking podcast on positive masculinity created and hosted by Nikhil Taneja. With impactful shows like Be A Man, Yaar! and Be A Parent, Yaar!, Yuvaa has been at the forefront of sparking meaningful, wholesome conversations throughout the year. The creators shared inspiring stories from their personal and professional journeys, reminisced about the year’s standout trends and unforgettable moments, and couldn’t contain their excitement as they looked ahead to what 2025 holds in store.
Hosted by Nikhil Taneja, the panel included influential creators such as the fierce Rida Tharana, the new-age podcaster Sakshi Shivdasani, the internet’s wholesome creator Anish Bhagat, Instagram’s green flag Hamza Syed, the entertaining ‘chatak aadmi’ Yuvraj Dua, and the flag bearer of skin and body positivity, creator Prabhleen Kaur Bhomrah.
The roundtable covered all aspects of content creation and Instagram trends, from the creators’ favourite Instagram innovations and their most memorable content pieces to addressing the frequently asked question, “How much do you make?” which led to the creators indulging in an honest and open conversation about their finances.
The creators also explored a range of empowering topics, including body positivity, women’s equality, childhood trauma, and online trolling. Additionally, they expressed admiration for the emerging Instagram trends, breakout creators, and notable collaborations that have gained significant attention. The conversation highlighted Samay Raina’s witty and versatile take and giving relatable content to the audiences, Arijit Singh X Ed Sheeran Collab, Dharna’s collaboration with Janhvi Kapoor, and Varun Dhawan’s dynamic social media presence have played a pivotal role in shaping the 2024 trends landscape. These collaborations not only highlight creative take on brands and trends but also engage audiences in authentic and impactful ways.
The roundtable discussion also centred on creators’ monthly earnings, where, Hamza, Yuvraj, Prabhleen, Sakshi, Rida, and Anish each highlight the scalability and diverse income potential within the creator economy. From steady growth through brand deals and partnerships to the ability to support personal goals and passions, their experiences demonstrate how content creation offers opportunities for substantial financial success while also allowing for personal fulfillment and societal impact. These figures reflect the growing opportunities for young creators in India to build sustainable, profitable careers.
