Mumbai, 14th November 2023: Godawari Electric Motors, manufacturers of the Eblu range of electric 2 and 3-wheelers, today announced a one-of-its-kind Roadside Assistance Program for its EV three-wheeler, Eblu Rozee. The company is offering 3-year complimentary Roadside Assistance to all the Eblu Rozee purchased in the month of November (1st November-30th November 2023). The RSA will be valid across all the touchpoints of the company across the country.
The 24×7 Roadside Assistance program guarantees complete peace of mind to the customers at no additional cost and will cover a wide range of benefits which include Flat tyre assistance, Battery jumpstart, Lockout service, Minor repairs and towing service. There will be a dedicated round-the-clock helpline to assist customers in case of any unwarranted emergency. A dedicated helpline number will assist the customers and skilled technicians will be dispatched to assist customers to their location with towing truck support in case of a requirement. In the event of a major breakdown, towing support up to 40 km will be provided to the nearest authorized service center.

Godawari Electric Motors currently has 50 dealerships across the country and is aiming to have 100 dealerships by the end of this fiscal. It currently retails a wide range of EV products which include Eblu Feo scooter, Eblu Spin and Thrill e-bicycle range and Eblu Reino loader.
