HAIRSTYLE RUNWAY to celebrate its 10th-year anniversary. – Adarsh Maharashtra

Mumbai, 23 December 2019: YLG, a leading salon chain in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad organized its first-ever fashion show event to commemorate the completion of its 10-year journey. In association with L’Oréal Professionnel, the event took place on the 11th of December at Shangri-La, Bangalore. With its exclusive offerings, YLG aims at redefining the salon culture in India, catering to more than 5,00,000 loyal customers across regions. With the primary audience of the event being more than a 300 of YLG’s customers, the event was graced by the presence of beauty industry veterans – Binaifer Pardiwalla – General Manager, L’Oréal Professionnel India and Dr. Blossom Kochhar – Founder, Aroma Magic.

The event had a resounding start with a welcome address by Vaijayanti Bhalchandra, the co-founder and CTO of YLG, followed by a live video message from the Founder and CEO, Rahul Bhalchandra, who was in Delhi for receiving the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) Award for Customer Obsession at the same time. The brand showcased a video of its 10-year journey and the YLG International Hair Collections. Towards the end, models donning the ‘Indian Browns’ hair styles, and the International Looks by YLG, charmed everyone by flaunting their stunning hair looks on the ramp and making it the highlight of the night.

The ardent employees of the brand too captivated the audience with their moves on the YLG anthem, composed by Grammy® Award Winner and US Billboard #1 artist Ricky Kej and sung in the soulful voice of 2-time Grammy winner Laura Dickinson. Adding to the extensive list of exciting activities and announcements, YLG also announced 5 of the 10 lucky winners of their 10th year contest who won the golden ticket to Bali, yet again winning the hearts of their customers. The event was graced by the charismatic presence of the veteran fashion stylist and choreographer, Prasad Bidapa, who added panache to the ramp choreographing the show, leaving everyone utterly spellbound.

This is India’s first-ever customer facing hair fashion show presented by YLG, in association with L’Oréal Professionnel India. The event saw over 400 people in the audience, including more than a 200 of YLG’s loyal customers who are an integral part of the brand. The event added to YLG’s efforts of spreading love and joy to the most beloved – their customers.
