Users who opt for ixigo Assured will be eligible for a full refund on select international flight bookings upon cancellation of their bookings up to 24 hours before their scheduled departure time. ixigo Assured offers a seamless refund process, eliminating the need for documentation. On cancellation, refunds are initiated instantly by ixigo (Depending on the bank and mode of payment, in some cases it might take up to 7 days for the money to be credited).
