Paytm celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi; enables digital donation at Siddhivinayak temple, Khetwadicha Raja and many other pandals across Mumbai

Mumbai: 18th September 2023: One97 Communications Limited (OCL) that owns the brand Paytm, India’s leading payments and financial services company and the pioneer of QR and mobile payments, has partnered with 14 Ganesh pandals in Mumbai, enabling devotees to make donations to the temple trust by scanning Paytm QR code on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

These 14 ganesh pandals include Siddhivinayak Temple in Prabhadevi, Girgaon Cha Maharaja in Girgaon, Tejukaya Mandal in Lalbaug, Andheri Cha Raja in Andheri West, Marol Cha Raja in Marol Andheri East, Khetwadicha Raja in Khetwadi, Parel Cha Icchapurti lal Maidan in Parel, Friend Circle Mandal in Lower Parel, Balyuvak Mitra Mandal in Lalbaug, Balsathi Mandal in Lower Parel Junction, Sahyadri Ganpati in Chembur, Powai Cha Raja in Powai, Mahavir Nagar in Kandivali, and Thanyacha Maharaja in Thane.

On the auspicious occasion of the Ganesh Chaturthi, the company has also onboarded sweet shops and restaurants on Paytm deals to offer exclusive discounts. Users can get up to 30% discount from Paytm Restaurant Deals, while ordering sweets from famous shops such as Brijwasi, Satu’s, etc, and restaurants. They can also avail bank offers to earn instant discounts. Additionally, users can earn ₹50 cashback on a bill of ₹1000 while paying through Paytm Postpaid, and 5% cashback of up to ₹100 through Paytm Wallet.

The shops have also been decorated with Paytm’s card machines, where users can scan the Paytm QR code and make payments.With Paytm Card Machine, merchants can accept all types of payments from customers, including debit and credit cards, Paytm Wallet, net banking, and all UPI apps. Moreover, Paytm will set up stalls in different societies around Mumbai, where users along with family members can learn to make modaks.

Moreover, this Ganesh Chaturthi Paytm is offering flat 12% off up to ₹1,000 on all domestic flights – IndiGo, AirAsia, Akasa, SpiceJet, Vistara and Air India. To avail the offer, users need to use the promo code ‘FLYUTSAV’ during payments. For those travelling by bus, there is a flat ₹400 off with promo code ‘PAYTMBUS’. On train ticket bookings, users can book tickets with an advantage of zero service & payment gateway charges. If there’s any change in travel plans, users can also avail 100% refund on flight, bus and train tickets with Free Cancellation.
