Swiggy DineOut and Mumbai Foodie bring India’s top home chefs together to launch ‘Supper Clubs of India’

Mumbai, October 23, 2024 – Swiggy Dineout, India’s leading on-demand dining-out platform, in collaboration with Mumbai Foodie, announces the launch of Supper Clubs of India—an experiential dining series celebrating the rich, diverse traditions of regional Indian cuisine. Starting this October, food enthusiasts in Mumbai can embark on a gastronomic adventure, experiencing 10 curated dinners over the next six months, featuring regional community-style meals by some of the country’s most talented home chefs.

Supper Clubs of India goes beyond the typical dining experience. It brings the intimate supper club tradition—where home chefs create meals in small, unconventional spaces—into an accessible format. Unlike other dining experiences, Supper Clubs of India will showcase different regional cuisines, taking guests on a diverse exploration, from the royal feasts of Kashmir and Malwa to the earthy flavours of Khasi cuisine. For barbecue lovers, one evening will be dedicated to those smoky, flame-grilled delights.
Every dinner is designed to provide a platform for home chefs to share their personal stories while creating a space where diners can engage directly with the chefs. This hands-on interaction transforms the meal into a shared cultural experience, deepening the connection between the food and its origins.

As part of the opening edition, guests will savour rare dishes like Guchi Yakhni (foraged morels in curd gravy) and Nadur Monj (crispy lotus stem fries), in a Kashmiri feast by Chef Jasleen Marwah at Veranda – Bandra this Thursday, 24th October 2024, at 8:00 PM.

Key Event Details:
● Immersive Culinary Journey: Each dinner will feature a curated menu reflecting the essence of regional Indian dishes, offering a rare opportunity to explore lesser-known flavours.
● Renowned Chefs at the Helm: Culinary maestros such as Jasleen Marwah, First Runner Up of Masterchef Season 8–Nambie Jessica Marak, and Chef Anuradha from Charoli are few of the chefs leading these dinners, sharing their passion for bringing regional delicacies to life.
● Exclusive Ice Cream Pairings: In partnership with NIC Ice Creams, each dinner will include specially crafted ice cream flavors exclusively for the event, enhancing the culinary adventure with a sweet finale.
● Limited Seating for a Personal Experience: With only 30-35 guests per event, each dinner promises an intimate setting where food and conversation flow effortlessly.
● Culinary Conversations: Beyond the food, attendees will be part of engaging discussions on the cultural significance of the dishes. The guests will also interact with the chefs behind the dishes, gaining insights into the origins and techniques of the cuisines.

More details about the program can be accessed on the official website: www.sarkari.finance. Since its pilot phase, the FDI platform has already mobilised over ₹10,000 crore for more than 170 companies across 31 industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, mining, and metals. Backed by a 50-member team of professionals specialising in project finance, legal compliance, and international investment facilitation, the platform leverages a tech-driven, single-window interface to streamline documentation, fast-track approvals, and ensure timely fund disbursements. “At a time when conventional credit can carry hefty rates or demand ownership dilution, our soft-loan model offers a timely alternative,” said a Sarkari Kaam spokesperson. “By preserving promoter control while offering low-cost capital, we help bridge Indian ambition with global investment.” The funding process begins with in-house financial structuring and investor matchmaking, followed by assistance in obtaining central and state-level approvals through established regulatory partnerships. Sarkari Kaam also supports businesses in creating investor-ready project documentation and pitch decks. After disbursement, clients benefit from compliance monitoring and regular performance reviews to ensure strategic alignment and execution. The program delivers substantial benefits—enabling capacity expansion without high-interest burdens, boosting R&D and infrastructure development, and promoting job creation, technology transfer, and export competitiveness. It also offers standout features—including zero equity dilution, a fixed low interest rate of 3.25%, end-to-end project handholding, streamlined single-window processing, and eligibility across 30+ high-potential sectors. Looking ahead, Sarkari Kaam plans to sharpen its focus on high-growth sectors such as electric vehicles, advanced manufacturing, and digital infrastructure. Collaborations with multilateral development agencies are also in the pipeline to facilitate larger ticket sizes and diversified funding sources. For mid-to-large enterprises planning greenfield investments or major upgrades, Sarkari Kaam’s newly launched FDI vertical presents a structured, efficient, and globally connected funding pathway. With a strong track record and a global investor network spanning 15 countries, the company is set to play a pivotal role in driving India’s next wave of industrial and infrastructure growth.
