Navi Mumbai | November 13, 2022: Four Points By Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi, a unit of Chalet Hotels Limited, has always been committed to sustainability and in a move to fortify its positioning, the property has launched a ‘Farm to Fork’ themed Sunday brunch. This will be available on all Sundays in November from 12.30 pm to 4 pm at Asia Kitchen.
The hotel’s Executive Chef Merajuddin Ansari under the guidance of Biplab Dutta, Co-Founder of Almitra Sustainables has curated an ingredient-forward menu featuring farm-fresh indigenous produce from nearby areas that have been cultivated organically. Almitra Sustainables is an initiative, which provides earth-friendly and mindful solutions. Additionally, the spread also features items such as Beetroot Kvaas, which have been prepared in small batches by local brands. The Sunday brunch is priced at Rs. 1799 plus taxes for food and soft beverages.
Talking about the new offering at the hotel, its Cluster General Manager, Stephen D’Souza, said, “At Four Points By Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi we aim to constantly innovate in a manner that aligns with expectations of our guests and our commitment to a greener world.
