Photographer Sutej Singh Pannu, who has become a global viral sensation for his heart-warming images and videos of Sikh & Punjabi people from across the world, meet Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana in a Gurdwara in Mumbai to discuss how one can stay happy in a divisive and volatile world that we all live in.
After Ayushmann paid his respect at the Gurdwara, the photo-videographer asked Ayushmann a simple question: ‘How does he stay happy?’ Ayushmann replied saying, “I realised two things – it’s patience ‘Sabr’ and gratitude ‘Shukr’. I have always gone by these 2 things. Whenever I feel stressed, I keep on reminding myself that the heart has to be full of gratitude.”
