Paytm partners with Manipal Academy of BFSI to introduce Paytm Fintech Young Leaders program; offers young graduates assured job

 

One97 Communications Limited (OCL) that owns the brand Paytm, India’s leading payments and financial services company and the pioneer of QR and mobile payments, has partnered with Manipal Academy of BFSI to introduce the Paytm Fintech Young Leaders (PFYL) programme. This is a 12-month programme aimed at grooming young graduates for a career in the fintech industry.

PFYL has been designed in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI to offer continuous learning opportunities to the candidates. Under this program, candidates will undergo six months of classroom training at the Manipal Academy of BFSI, followed by six months of on-the-job training at Paytm. Candidates will get an opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain real-world fintech experience through this program.

Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, candidates will be given a certificate of Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Payments & Financial Services from MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education), and will be inducted into Paytm as full time employees in Sales and Non Sales roles. Candidates will earn stipend during the class room training as well as on-the-job training. Additionally, the company is also offering students 100% reimbursement of their course fee, if they continue to be associated with Paytm for three years upon joining.
