In terms of business, the film has performed even better than other big-budget projects.
Going by trade predictions, Yami Gautam’s film is becoming the first hit of 2024. In 4 days, the Jio Studios and B62 production crossed the Rs 25 crores mark earning Rs 29.05 crores, now it is said to close its first week by doing a business of Rs 35 crores. And by the end of its 2nd week, the Yami Gautam starrer might also enter the 50 crore club. Article 370 has become this year’s first clean hit.
While its strong word of mouth continues to grow, the film is surely on an upward ascent. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar, the film was released in cinemas worldwide on 23rd February 2024.
